a. Students in grades 9 – 11 will take an exam in each class. No exemptions for 9th – 11th.

b. Exams will count as 20% of the final year end grade for each course.

c. A state End-of-Course Exam in Math Tech II, Algebra I, English I, or Physical Science is the final

exam for a student in these courses, and counts 20% of the final year end grade for the course.

d. Students must remain in the exam testing room the entire exam period.

e. Students who have lunch or study hall during a scheduled exam period must report to the

cafeteria and remain in the cafeteria during the entire exam period. All other areas are off-limits.

f. If a lunch, study hall, 2nd period of a block, or EOC course is scheduled in first exam time, the student may elect to report to school at the second exam time and report directly to the second exam (with parental permission).

g. Students who have no exam scheduled for the second exam time may be picked-up by parents or

drive away from campus with parent permission to leave. (2nd period of a block, EOC course, study hall) Friday, May 30, is deadline to return parent permission to leave forms to the course teacher.

H. Students on campus must either be in the assigned classroom (2nd period of a block; EOC course), or in the cafeteria (lunch; study hall). All other areas of campus are off-limits.

i. Exams will be given only at the scheduled exam dates and times.

J. A block class exam will be given in the first block of the course schedule, or the period tested first.

k. Teachers who do not give exams on these days will be scheduled to assist in supervision areas.
