Senior Events:
9/17 - Senior Class Rings (Jostens)
9/23 - 7:30 am SHARP! Senior class BIG PICTURE taken
9/23 - 6:30 -> 8:00 PM Senior Parent Night in auditorium You and/or your parents need to attend this information session for important information regarding your senior year.
10/27 - 7:30 am Jostens meeting in auditorium to explain grad supplies such as the cap and gown, graduation announcements, etc. You are required to have a cap and gown to participate in graduation exercises. Other items are optional!
10/30 - Jostens order forms will be picked up
11 - month long - get your transcript requests in to Ms. Bogensberger before the Thanksgiving Holiday if you want your college applications to be sent prior to the winter holiday break!
Jan 13 –> 16 Midterm exams (note: you can exempt semester class exams IF you have a grade of 77 or higher AND no unexcused absences)
4/18 - PROM!!
4/24 –> 26 - Senior Trip!!
5/19 - 7 pm Senior Awards Night
5/22 - Senior Slide Show and meeting (10:30) followed by senior picnic at 11:30 on the practice fields
5/28 –> 6/1 - Senior Exams (note: you can exempt year long and semester class exams IF you have a grade of 77 or higher AND no unexcused absences)
6/4 - 8:30 am Report Cards given to seniors in cafeteria
**Graduation practice at school immediately following report card distribution and brief meeting. If you do not attend practice, you will not participate in graduation.
6/4 - 7:30 pm Baccalaureate service - Bethany United Methodist Chruch
6/5 - 9:00 am Academic Letter Breakfast - school cafeteria
6/7 - 2:00 pm Graduation! Students participating in the event must be at the location and lining up by 1:15 pm. Don’t be late!
Transcript information:
Transcripts will reflect grades from this year once coursework is complete. A final transcript will be sent to colleges in June. Remember, your acceptance to college is conditional until that final transcript is reviewed.
